Terms of use

These terms govern use of calm-hawk.motorcycles and studio services operated by Calm Hawk Atelier, 9 Pine Street, Tartu, Estonia.

Studio services

Yoga and breath classes are recreational movement instruction for adults. They are not medical treatment. Consult a physician before starting if you have injuries, pregnancy, or cardiovascular conditions. You participate at your own risk and must inform teachers of relevant limitations.

Bookings and cancellations

Prepaid classes may be rescheduled with twenty-four hours notice unless otherwise stated on your pass. Late cancellations forfeit the session. We may cancel classes for low enrollment or instructor illness; credits apply automatically.

Studio conduct

Respect shared space: arrive on time, silence phones, and follow teacher guidance. We may refuse service for harassment, intoxication, or repeated no-shows.
