This policy explains how we process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian law. The Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI) supervises compliance in Estonia.

Data we collect

When you book classes, contact us, or subscribe to schedules, we may collect your name, email, phone number, class preferences, and payment references handled by our booking partner. Website forms send messages to our inbox without storing card data on this site.

Legal bases

We process data to perform class contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), comply with accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and pursue legitimate interests in studio safety and schedule planning (Art. 6(1)(f)). Marketing emails require consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and include unsubscribe links.

Retention

Booking records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Contact form copies are deleted after eighteen months unless an active membership exists.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with AKI at aki.ee.

Processors

Hosting and email providers act as processors under written agreements. We do not sell personal data.
